Bug reports

If something looks wrong in the simulator (a satellite vanishes, a lesson step gets stuck, a panel renders off-screen), please include the following so we can reproduce it:

• What you were doing when it happened (lesson, mission, or sandbox).
• What you expected to see versus what actually happened.
• Browser and operating system (for example: Chrome 134 on macOS 15).
• A screenshot or screen recording if possible.

Privacy and legal requests

Educational and institutional use

Teachers, professors, museums, and outreach programs are welcome to use Delta-V Academy in classrooms and public events. We are happy to talk about lesson alignment, group access, custom missions, and accessibility. Reach us at info@buildingrome.dev with subject line starting [Education].

What we cannot help with

Delta-V Academy is an instructional simulator, not an operational tool. We cannot provide spacecraft tracking data, mission engineering services, conjunction assessments, regulatory advice, or any deliverable that requires certified analysis. For authoritative orbital data, contact the relevant national space agency, commercial provider, or the relevant entries in Space-Track and CelesTrak.
